Welcome

I am a bilingual (English & Spanish), psychotherapist in the state of Florida. I specialize in helping individuals  process life adjustments, depression, anxiety, & general overwhelm. 

I completed my master’s degree in clinical social work & trauma-informed care from Barry University. My clinical rotations included working with children & adults at Regis House, Inc and the University of Miami-Miller School of Medicine. Post masters I completed extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Parent-Child Attachment. I am also a graduate fellow of the University of Miami Mailman Center for Child Development’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program, and the Emerging Transformational Leadership Program (ETLP). Both programs tailored towards building leaders in the community to address barriers to care and ensure access for all persons, regardless of exceptionalities. 

As a therapist, I aim to create the same space that I would want for myself. I offer a safe, calming space to connect and openly work to untangle the emotions and thoughts that sometimes plague us. I provide a safe space where anyone can come as they are. I utilize an eclectic, multidimensional, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. Each session is tailored specifically to your own unique needs.
